The chilled chicken feet skin salad is refreshing and fresh! Add a nice touch to the whole meal so it's worth ordering as well.

We also had lor mee which is just few units away from this stall. Will post about it in the next review =)

I read about their chicken rice from ieatishootipost, and it was a pretty good review so I decided to try it when I was at Tiong Bahru Market. I was there on a Sunday at about noon time, and there was a queue of about 10 people in front of me. However the queue moved pretty quickly so I really didn't have to queue for long at all . I got myself the white chicken rice but with drumstick, hence I was prepared to pay about $1 more. Imagine my surprise when it was still the same price at $3! The ri

The rice was moist but didn't stick to each other, it was fragrant and nicely flavoured with garlic, ginger and chicken stock. The chicken was not bad, but can be smoother and more moist. Salted vegetables were also included. I also took some ginger sauce which was really terrible and watery. This spoiled the entire meal...I'd rather they didn't provide this at all.

I visited the Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice stall recently and ordered a pack of Chicken Rice as a takeaway. The rice had a fragrant aroma which lingered for about 30 minutes and the chicken's meat from the chicken rice is quite tasty. The portion is quite huge considering that it is only $2.50. Where can you find such good food at such a low price in Singapore nowadays?

For only $3, the chicken rice here is good and cheap. The rice itself it fragrant and light, not too hard nor soft with good chicken flavour from the stock and fat used to prepare it. Luckily, the rice is not too oily which appealed to my palate. The chicken being boneless is easy to eat and creates no mess. It is tender and the white chicken skin is smooth and the meat is bouncy. I liked this chicken rice quite a lot.

This Hainanese boneless chicken rice stall at Tiong Bahru Market is pretty well known and there is always a queue whenever i visit. I decided to try it out one day and was pretty satisfied with it. The chicken rice cost 3 dollars a packet and the rice was fragrant and delicious. The chicken was boneless which made it easy to eat and was succulent and juicy, with good flavour.

The chicken rice here always has a long queue so i figured it had to be good. Decided to buy a packet to try it out. The chicken was tender and soft and smooth while the rice was tasty without being too oily. Portion was decently sized as well and overall the combination of chicken and rice though simple was really good. A great dish overall and worth a special trip and the queue.

Were hungry and ordered a couple of food and wanted some carbo and as my friend was keen on this chicken rice stall so I also ordered one plate as it was convenient since she volunteered to buy on my behalf. I had great expectations as seeing there were a queue but really was not what I expected. The rice were slightly wet and won't really that fragnant and the chicken thigh meat were okay only. Overall okay.

One plate of chicken rice costs $2.50/$3.00. I ordered a slightly bigger to be shared by both of my kids. There were really lots of nice food in Tiong Bahru Market. Whenever we were here, we would try to eat from as many stalls as possible. So we usually shared our food. For $3, the portion was reasonable. It was really boneless as the name suggested. Eventhough it was breast meat, it was not dry or tough. It has salted vegetable in addition to the normal cucumber. The salty vegetable was mixed

For $3, the portion was reasonable. It was really boneless as the name suggested. Eventhough it was breast meat, it was not dry or tough. It has salted vegetable in addition to the normal cucumber. The salty vegetable was mixed with chilli padi, giving it a little spicy taste. The best of all was the chilli, super spicy, greatly increased the appetite of the consumer.
