I tried the salted vegetable duck soup from this stall at redhill food centre. I was kind of disappointed as my impression of this soup is sourish and salty due to the salted vegetable. But what I got from this stall is that the soup is simply bland. There were quite a lot of duck meat and the meat was cooked perfectly being tender and succulent, but it did not have any flavor. I had to finish up the dish with the black sauce and chilli sauce provided.
