Introduction
Tongue Tip Lanzhou beef noodles originated from the Lanzhou, Gansu province in China. This dish was first created by the Muslim Chinese (Hui) people and it's recipe has been passed on for generations since the Tang Dynasty. Today in Lanzhou alone there are more than 1,000 beef noodle restuarants, an afirmation to the popularity of the dish. With Tongue Tip's Lanzhou outlet serving up to 900 bowls of noodles a day!
Our original recipe uses hand-pulled noodles, halal meats and a clear broth cooked with more than 15 spices. Ingredients are sourced fresh and adhering to the highest quality. The well loved Tongue Tip brand has a strong presence of over 300 outlets across China, won multiple food awards and is an accredited member of the official Lanzhou Lamian Association.

Signature Dishes
one of the best hand pulled noodles i've ever tried. the broth was so flavourful and noodles were so smooth and springy. this is the first restaurant i've been to that has 8 noodle types to choose from. i chose the thin noodles and it had a very nice bite to it. price is very reasonable (no service charge here) and the portion is huge! similar to a fast food concept, you pay before you eat and self collect when your number is called. i could eat this everyday! will definitely try the dry version really soon.
