This is one of my favourite japanese restaurant when comes to craving for delicious crispy pork cutlets. Here at Tonkichi, the portion served are quite generous and they used very premium quality japanese rice which are really tasty and fragrant. There are also free flow serving of cabbages to go along with your main course. If you are quite a small eater, you may want to share your main course with a friend as you can still share the free flow of cabbage and japanese rice with him or her too

Tonkichi Japanese Restaurant for a nice dinner out with my ex classmates. My favourite order is the special crab cake! The batter was totally thoroughly coated and was toasted till very crispy yet and tasty. The middle of the cake is very soft and moist and is literally oozing with its yummy and creamy crab meat!

Tonkichi, by the Pokka Food group, has been making news for its fried pork set meals. And with several outlets at Lido, Takashimaya, Orchard Central, Tampines Mall and Suntec City among others, we found ourselves conveniently having lunch at its Suntec City branch. Really love Tonkichi Japanese food, the queue is always so long. But I found that Suntec outlet is not that crowded. And most importantly, suntec outlet has special promotion with Standard Chartered Bank, 15% off total bill using Standard Chartered card, but this promotion is only valid til end of this year, its actually a one year promotion but ending soon. Sad.Of course, the standard and quality of the food there is good and delicious! You can try most of the set. They are all equally oiishi.
