Introduction
<br>Japanese chef-owner presents an original tonkotsu ramen with three flavours available -soy sauce (shoyu), miso and prawn (salt-based). Diners can also customise the thickness of the soup to suit individual palates -there are 3 different levels of light to rich broths. They also offer adventurous and exciting toppings such as mekabu (thick wakame seaweed) to bring out the character of the soup.

we were well greeted upon entrance, i observed that the place is clean and new, just opened recently. They have nice chairs.Service staff Carrie knows the details of the dishes/soup base/concentration of the taste and knows how to sell/recommend what's unique/popular.Fanta orange was a little weird/non gassyWe were told that the Japanese Chef Katsumi makes the soup noodles from scratch.So upon trying their signature dish, the Charsiew texture was tender and tasted flavorful, simply perfect. Look at how big the bowl is too! I've placed my iphone right next to it to let you have a better idea.The dining experience really reminds me of the times we were in japan . authentic tasting. great chage and aska music in the background too.Unforgettable.
