Paragon is a nice mall to go shopping in, however the shops here are more on the "higher end". Cheaper alternatives are quite limited in Orchard area ... Tori Q is one such option. I ordered the Tori Q Set A ($5.80) for take-away. There are not many seats available. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Tori Q is one of my favourite food. Tori Q is one of my favourite food. I especially adore the teriyaki sauces on the tender and aromatic meats. The rice is also coated with seaweed slices. The chance to enjoy soft sticky pearl rice without the usual high cost expected in anything "Japanese" is also great.
I like it a lot.

All the outlets of Toro Q in Singapore sell the same types of food. No matter its taste, appearance and aroma, it did not differ much because everything is pre-made in advance. They offered different set combination to allow consumers to make their choices easily. Like what shown on the pictures was a set that I had ordered in Toro Q paragon. The food there was average, nothing special.

Yum, yum, yum. A spontaneous dinner stop tonight revealed a tasty, little stall in the Paragon basement. A long line generally is a positive sign of good eats… and the accompanying, nearly mesmerizing smell emanating from the grill persuaded me to take my place in line. After reaching the front, I settled on a bento-like box containing two chicken yakitori sticks and two chicken-ball sticks. They were both fantastic, but the chicken-balls were unique and easily the best (I ended up ordering two more). They had a mild sausage-type flavor made with minced meat and vegetables coupled with sweet teriyaki/tare glaze.

I love to eat Tori Q bento A. it is very convenient to consume and it is always very filling. You can even request the workers there to take out the stick for you which make it even more convenient for me. Bento A consists of two chickens, one pork, one chicken ball and rice together with their specialised sauce which makes the whole bento just nice to be consumed.

Once again, I had a Tori-Q takeaway to have it at home for dinner. It was yummy as usual, I like how the tori-q Japanese compliment the Japanese white rice so much, the seaweed shredded pieces are a bonus too. This time, instead of getting set A or B, I went for just the rice with 2 sticks, one meatball and one pork. I'm not much of a fan of the basic tori-q chicken because of its percentage of chicken skin in it, I don't like chicken skin. Tori-q is awesome.
