Ambience at Triple Three Restaurant is clean, modern, and comfortable, though the overall atmosphere feels dated. There really isn't much points of interest that draw the eye, nothing stands out amongst the understated furnishings in the spacious but warmly lit room. At least there's ample seating, but tightly packed such that the passages for movement are cramped. The food displays and various open kitchens are well laid out and attractive, with clear labels indicating what each dish is.

Service at Triple Three Restaurant is good. Staff are polite, professional, and efficient, seating diners quickly, and guiding them where needed. I also note they clear empty / dirty tables and plates quickly, which is always important in a buffet, preventing your table from being cluttered. If celebrating a birthday, staff at Triple Three Restaurant will surprise the guest with a cake, as well as sing the birthday song! The chefs at the various open kitchens also engage with guests, with the exception of the wine area, which isn't staffed, a barrier to enquiring about the various drinks.

Food at Triple Three Restaurant is largely decent. The International buffet here features an extensive array of options, it's near impossible to try everything in 1 visit! The difficulty is deciding which of the 15 food stations and open kitchens is worth the stomach space, and because of their nightly themed buffet dinners, the types of dishes available change daily. I find their regular prices, at SGD $127 per person, to be very expensive, and not worth it, however, Triple Three Restaurant regularly has dining offers and promotions. Generally though, I find the buffet at Triple Three Restaurant to be above average, but not particularly outstanding, when compared to other hotel buffets.

The star dish of my meal was the Honey Baked Ham, Sauteed Button Mushroom, Roast Zucchini, Roast Capsicum, Yorkshire Pudding, Honey Pineapple Glaze, Wholegrain Mustard. The smoky roasted vegetables of Sauteed Button Mushroom, Roast Zucchini, Roast Capsicum, pair well with the crisp Yorkshire Pudding. The Honey Baked Ham was outstanding, thick, meaty, and moist in texture, with a nice savoury salty smoky taste. Perfect, and best paired with the Honey Pineapple Glaze, which was rich, sweet, and fruity!

Loved the Chocolate Mousse here, among the best I've eaten! The texture is creamy, thick, and rich, with intense chocolate flavour. The garnishings of blueberries, pistachio sponge cake, and chocolate balls, lend variety to each sweet mouthful, preventing it from being cloying. Excellent!

Our company had our annual Christmas lunch at this buffet restaurant located at mandarin orchard along orchard road on 20th of December 2013.The buffet spread was above average. Their dessert variety is quite a lot however the quality was bad. Despite that, thumb up for the bread pudding which I preferred as the best dessert of the day. Their seafood range is limited but fresh. Sashimi is fresh too. Other local and western delight worth a try also. Their honey baked ham was juicy and decent.

I am a fan for oysters but the service is rather slow here, we have to wait quite some time for the server to open the oyster in front of us. Will be good if they can open a few and leave it on the ice for customers to take rather than asking their customers to wait. The price is a bit steep but I think it's quite worth for a once a while indulgence. Their service is good and prompt. Ice water is refilled when it is not even half empty and when I tell them which items have finished, they replenished it quickly and most of them are very polite. And the most important is that their food are of good quality and quite a lot of varieties to choose from. Great place for dinner.

The queue for Oysters is very long as the Chef at this station is pretty slow. Personally, I feel that they should have at least pre-open some Oysters, put it on the ice tray so that diners can just pick & go instead of standing in the queue waiting for them to open. Or they should have at least 2 person at the station to shorten the waiting time.

The herbal live prawns were very fresh and crunchy but the soup is a tad bitter due to the Angelica (当归) used in the soup. The wolfberries were sweet though.

The featured premium seafood were Mentaiyaki Lobster and Chili crab sauce Crayfish. We had to queue up to get these.

The Mentaiyaki lobster was good, smoky and very flavorful but was a tad salty though. Lobsters were fresh but some were slightly overcooked and was chewy...still delicious nonetheless.

It is time to attack the Chocolate station. I'm a chocoholic, I've saved some stomach space for these sweet treats.

The Berries mousse was nice, it is sweet and slightly sour and had bits of strawberry seed inside. The Green tea & Strawberry ice cream were very dense and creamy...strawberry ice cream had bits of seeds inside as well...yums.

Service here is good, very prompt and polite. Food here was of very good quality, the restaurant lighting is a little dark though...a bit too romantic for a buffet setting. Overall dining experience was well worth the hefty price tag.

Usually individual stations consists of roasted meats, but there were quite a few individual stations where you had to line up, order, and wait. The pepper crayfish may look very salty in the picture but I'd say it's decently flavorful. The black pepper wasn't too overpowering, however, if you're wearing light colored clothes, you might be concerned that the sauce may flip up and stain your clothes.

The roast beef was very nice and the chef was very dangerous. Those whom like their steak really well done might have to skip the station

The drunken prawns must be quite popular because by the time I got there, there were only a few prawns left swimming in the pool. I guess it's nice to know that your prawns were alive before they were cooked, but you might want to turn away if you don't want to see the shrimp struggling. The soup it was served in had a herbal smell and everyone around me wanted a sip of it.

They had several choices of naan here. Between the garlic and the cheese naan, I'd say the cheese naan was pretty nicely done. They also have an assortment of dips you can choose--not a disappointing Naan & Curry station. Also, they had papadum!

It had a range of seafood including crayfish(yes crayfish!) and the best lobster bisque I had tasted!However, there was some dishes that I was disappointed in. The slice is cut quite thinnly and the meat is very tender and juicy. The first batch of Black Pepper Crab Claws was delicious! Fresh, firm crab meat that can be easily pulled out of the shell. But after that, the next few batches the Crab Claws was not that fresh and the meat was stuck to the shell.

Lots of variety of food as seen in the picture. You are basically spoilt for choice. There are also Dim Sum, Pasta sections. Despite the variety, I felt that the quality was lacking. The service staff were very efficient in clearing the dirty plates from the table and refilling the plain water. In terms of ambiance, it was cozy and comfortable. The downside was that it was quite crowded. So be there early!

Wide spread of buffet, especially the desserts.. Simply love the ice-cream! Food is nice as well but I don't think it's worth paying the full amount for the spread. With credit card promotions, the buffet is worth a try! Perhaps the layout of tables and chairs should be taken care of. While lunching, the staff will keep asking me to move my chair in, in order for them to pass through. Other than that, staff are friendly and efficient!

This buffet not only the dining environment is cosy and comfortable, their service standard and food quality are equally good as well! Beside the usual main courses and cold dishes are most of the people favourite, for me I will choose the desserts' corner as my favourite section. Especially love to eat the different types of nonya kueh kueh available here. The grated coconut is very smooth and flled with the natural sweetness in it and the brown sugar kueh is very chewy and smooth in texture.

The glutinuous rice kueh is also very fragrant and the rice is compact in texture and delicious! Will occasionallly come back here to have my favourite dessert when have other celebrations to carry out.

THis is one of my favourite venue to have a sinful seafood buffet meal. The best point which i like here is that the different types of cold and hot seafood dishes served here are very fresh and delicious! Especially love their raw and cold dishes sections as their crayfish is quite big in portion and the crayfish meat inside are very fresh and sweet. The prawns are also equally sweet and tasty as well.
