Whenever I patron this chinese restaurant, I will definitely order their one of the popular dish, which is the drunken prawns. Large, juicy, crunchy prawns are cooked in really fragrant wine sauce which make the prawn meat really sweet and tasty. Best to eat it on it own or even with some plain rice or noodles.
