Yusheng Ramen ($14++)
Cucmber, radish, carrot shredded omelette, seaweed, red ginger, spring onion, sesame seeds, salmon & tuna chunks, fried gyoza skin and hakata ramen
The dish was served cold and dry, without the usual soup in it. It looked quite colorful with the different toppings on top. Remember to toss the dish before eating. Felt that it was quite difficult to toss as the shredded vegetables tended to stick together. It was a cold and refreshing dish. The top potion was a bit dry and flavourful, whereas the bottom was quite flavourful with strong sesame oil taste as the dressing was quite watery and tended to stay at the bottom.

Overall the food was not bad but the choices was quite limited during the day. More choices as yakitori and cocktails were available at night. Service was not bad with iced water refilled regularly.
