For the ambience, do not expect something fanciful but I would describe it as a cosy place where you can imagine regular customers return to. We sat outside along the streets and loved it–cool evening breeze, quiet street and good food at reasonable prices on a tuesday evening, its happiness that people forget. =)Anyway, we were feeling quite exploratory so we ordered stuff that we didnt try before. For starters, we had my usual favourite falafel(will not let go of this if its available) and a Fattouch salad–lettuce, tomato, cucumber, parsley, onion, garlic, fresh mint and radish; tossed in freshly squeezed lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil; topped with toasted Lebanese bread.Grilled Haloumi–We were already quite full with our 3 starters, but I was famished and as it was quite early for dinner for us, I ordered one main to share–grilled full chicken.I really loved how the chicken was fully marinated with spice and how they were able to smash it so thin, but one thing was it was very very very dry. It was till the extent where you find it hard to swallow. It would have been great if there is some sort of light sauce provided, or if they were able to keep it a little more succulent. Still, I really did love the taste.I will definitely come back again, as there are alot on the menu that suits my palette which i have not tried.
