My colleague was highly recommended this vegetarian stall as we were having a training session over Boon Lay area. Except economic mixed dishes rice, plenty of choices were available in their Menu. Fried noodles, mini steamboat or signature curry were top notch, simply delicious. Stall appeared hygiene and spacious, ingredients used were meat-free guaranteed. My order was freshly cooked upon ordering, best eaten while pipping hot.Due to health conscious, soy milk was used to substitute creamy coconut milk. Sort of dried beancurd turned to be Vegetarian Lamb, pieces were seasoned well and flavourful. Assorted veggies were added inside the savoury broth, starchiness was just nice for my liking. Good quality bowl of yummy curry, the meal accomplished my satisfaction. Strong aromatic fiery taste, it was perfectly accompanied plain rice. Portion was rather delightful satisfying, price at $5.50. To me, vegetarian must not be tasteless dull and welcome have a try then prove it.
