Thought that the restaurant will be a big one but It's actually quite small and not very cosy coz it's quite noisy.soya bean milk ($2.3)Less soya bean taste. Bad :(Iced lemon tea ($2.4)Weird tea taste. Even more expensive than the famous Hong Kong Milk tea or yuan yang.Beef egg rice $7.2Tasteless. The beef and egg is normal. everything is average here. No more second time.Read More

i went to wan chai hong kong tea room for some nice noodles. I find their shrimp dumpling noodles really very delicious. the noodles are QQ and the shrimp dumpling is absolutely mouth watering. The shrimps they used are very fresh, they are very succulent as well. The gravy is very tasty, brings out the flavor of both the noodles and dumpling!Read More

I was still hungry after eating my bowl of so-so pai ku rice & notice my fren had half plate of delicious looking horfun left over, so I decided to clear it for her. The first bite was nice, the seasoning was good. By the 3rd bite, I already wanted to give up. It's tooooo oily! I felt like drinking oil every spoon I put into my mouth! No wonder my hungry fren only ate half of it.Read More

At wan cha tea room, they serve perfect “yuan yang”. “Yuan yang” is a cup of hot beverage that comprises of tea and coffee mixture, served with the right amount of sugar and milk. The “yuan yang’ here is simply delicious. It is blended perfectly to give the rich aroma of coffee and the tranquility of tea. It is best taken together with wan cha peanut butter toast. For just $1.40, you can have this specially blended drink to give an exotic taste and mouth watering feel. I had the yuan yang here at the Tampines outlet during a school project assignment a couple of months back, it was a perfect drink in the afternoon for a break boost. I have tried the food and drinks at other wan cha outlets too and I like them. They are mostly located at heartland areas though.Read More
