Brought a plate of the black soy sauce hokkien noodle with chicken wing and sliced cabbage for lunch at chong pang food centre. The black soy sauce hokkien noodle is well cooked, not too much of the sauce is added and sufficient seasoning is added. As for the chicken wing, it has a slight crispy skin, well seasoned, not too salty and the chicken has a soft and tender texture.
