Signature Dishes
I was at West Plaza the other day and decided to get chicken rice for lunch as it's quick and fuss-free. I got it from this stall at Koufu, which costs around $3+ after adding an egg. The egg was like any hard-boiled egg and not like other braised eggs which are more flavourful. Chicken wasn't tender but was alright. Rice was quite hard and dry, and missing the distinct chicken rice and ginger taste. Overall an average meal.

Tried the chicken rice from this stall the first time.(: It cost me about $2.50 and they actually gave me drumstick without extra charges^^vCommenting on the taste alone, it is delicious!;DThe chicken was tender, partly due to that it is a drumstick. The meat was nicely flavoured and the rice was not too oily.The portion given was just right too.(:Moreover, they had added more meat to my chicken rice other than just the drumstick, which makes the chicken given to be generous…all of it are boneless too;DWill come back for it;DDD
