We had cocktail served with cakes, cookies and cheese cakes, mini pau and baked sultana. The cocktail was delicious and especially the pau was streamed and it was warm. The cheese cakes are soft and not so creamy.

The main course covered the salad bar, Tom Yam soup and the respective stalled set up served with chicken panyet, fish, spaghetti, haninese chicken rice, laksa. The main stalls are mainly the carbohydrate nature food. I enjoyed the stall served with fish as basmanti is served. The hainanese chicken rice is not great but the chilli makes the rice a great taste.
The chicken panyet is just as good as renda chicken. The laksa is served with prawn but the prawn is not fresh one instead it is frozen. The laksa soup and Tom Yam soup are diluted.

On the whole, I am disappointed with the meal.

Gosh. So bad that i cannot believe it. THe sous chef came out and started dishing the food for himself. i was tempted at that point to ask him if there was something wrong with his taste buds.

Terrible. I am never going there again, and will tell all my friends not to!

The buffet spread here is quite alot but not much of the food items interest me, except the different types of nonya kuehs which attract my attention and also on my taste buds. Especially love to eat the tapioca kueh, which is full of the generous amount of shredded tapioca in it which is very fragrant and compact in texture as well. The yam kueh is also very fragrant and the chewy coconut kueh is full of the nice fragrant from the shredded coconut used in it. All these go alone with a cup of

The place was not full.

Bread/Soup - various kind of bread which remained largely untouched.

Coffee/Tea - a coffee machine to dispense cappucino and espresso plus a variety of tea bags to choose from. Not bad for this free flow of coffee!

Desserts - assorted kueys, fruit tarts, ice cream and waffles complete with multiple choices of toppings.

Japanese - salmon sashimi and assorted sushi.

Mains - pasta, potato balls, stir fried veg, grilled fish, fried rice, fried black pepper kway teow, chili crab, kebab (I can say that most of the mains were asian dishes and were popular). The chicken for the kebab was nice, and the pasta alio olio was surprisingly not bad being a buffet item. I absolutely loved the grilled fish.

Salads - pretty normal.

Station - There is a live noodle cooking station where you cook your noodles, add soup and condiments yourself. There's also station where you can prepare rojak.

Seafood - the only food we like to eat is cold prawns on that night.

The durian pengat is famous too and it's a great idea to have it together with the waffles too.

Remarks: There is no oyster, very small variety, but I was so lucky that I have a 1-for-1 buffet dinner with UOB cards. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the buffet dinner.

Even for a 1 for 1 deal, still it is not worth it here.Although they are thoughtful to have a play area for the children, it may pose danger to them as the play area is at the entrance and is also near to the buffet area. You can make your own Rojah but it wasn't worth the effort to do so as the You Tiao wasn't that crispy at all.

The only thing that stand out here is the waffle! The rest of the desserts there didn't really 'wow' you away.

The range of items served at their buffet spread are not wide and quite unexciting. Quite disappointed as they seldom top up the foods on the spreads when the dish was finishing. The fresh seafoods such as oysters, crayfish, cold tiger prawns were not very fresh. Basic dishes such as lor mee and beancurd goreng did not taste good as well. There are still many rooms for improvement. My verdict: 6/10

Breakfast style is buffet, though the variety is limited. There are loti pratas, and some local dishes, but hawker fare outside taste better.

However, the muffins are not bad. So don't just stuff yourself with food. Keep a little of stomach space for these muffins & some other pastries. Try the hotcakes too.

It is a little cramped in the mornings when many guests are having breakfast. However, if you take a seat near the window you can have a good view of the expressway.
