After finishing my drink at City Palace, so the singer Miss Mei Mei treated me supper earlier this morning 3.00 a.m. We ordered the most common one that people likes to eat is Stir-Fried Baby Kai Lan with Garlic (清炒小芥兰) and Fish filets in hot chili oil (水煮鱼).While we almost finished eating our supper, I saw the Chinese Restaurant Kitchen Worker took a plate of Roast Eggplant with Minced Pork (肉末烧茄子) to ask whether is that belongs to one of the table who placed order. Unfortunately, nobody ordered it. He was shocked and kept on asking the waiter what was happening.When I approached them to serve that plate for us since the food had cooked and ready to be served and nobody wants to have the ownership of that dish, but they did not bother in taking my order. Therefore, I felt that service level has dropped tremendously and I hope they can improve service levels to customers by building up their skills in multi-tasking.However, as the consumers like us got no choice because this is the only Chinese restaurant that open until late morning and it is diagonally opposite Textile Centre, where all the China girls are staying there. In addition, this is the best place for supper especially after clubbing nearby that area.
