The food at Wursthans Switzerland was great. We tried the rosti with creamed mushrooms and bacon. The bacon was generous and flavorful, though a bit tough. They don’t have Tabasco, only packet chili sauce, which was a slight downside. As expected with rosti, it got a bit greasy towards the back, so something acidic would have helped to balance the richness. Overall, we still really enjoyed the meal.The elderly waiter who served us was very attentive and kept coming over to crack jokes and check on us. Shirley welcomed me with a genuine smile and was incredibly attentive, especially considering I’m heavily pregnant, I really appreciated the extra care. She was just as thoughtful with the other guests, making sure everyone was well looked after.The rösti was perfectly cooked, soft inside with just the right crisp on the outside.
