Xi Men Ding Taiwan Cuisine (Closed)

Had dinner at Xi Men Ding which serves Taiwan Cuisine. I love the decoration inside the restaurant and their menu too which gives a brief description of their dishes. The staff were all well trained and were efficient in helping us to pour our free flow Chrysanthemum tea. We ordered 1 Radish Fried Rice, 1 Xin Zhu fried bee hoon and 1 Roasted Pork Belly Tofu. i went there with a friend lately, we order the lu rou fan( minced meat rice) and dried scallop fried rice. the lu rou fan was good, the sauce was thick and tasty, with generous serving of minced meat. my friend's fried rice was very disappointing.the portion was really little and it was very dry. the scallop was also very little. on top of that, they do not serve water, hence forcing u to order their drinks all which were priced abt 2 to 3 times above market rate. the waitress were very keen in
