I like to eat curry fish head because I like the spicy of the curry. When they served the curry fish head, you can smell the aroma of the combination of spices in gravy. There's lady finger, brinjal and tofu pok. I can tasted the freshness and sweetness of the fish meat as well as the slightly sourish and appetizing taste of the curry which boiling hot in a claypot. Wow...that was good. The gravy is both tangy and creamy at the same time. Overall, the food was good. continue reading
