Time to crave for some ngoh hiang and coincidentally found this stall. I ordered several ingredients which include the prawn crackers, deep-fried you tiao with sesame seeds, yam filling ngoh hiang, fish cutlet and many more. First of all, the prawn cracker is very crispy and has an aromatic prawn taste. Next, with the addition of the sesame seeds to the you tiao, it help to enhance the flavour and at the same time giving an aromatic taste. All of the ingredients is well deep fried and surprising

All of the ingredients is well deep fried and surprisingly it does not taste oily. Lastly, the sauce does not taste too spicy and is not too watery as well. Overall, quite a good standard of ngoh hiang from this stall.

ngoh hiang has never been a cheap dish to order, especially when the variety of items you can choose just makes you want to take more. This is my 2nd visit to this stall, ordered the youtiao, the sausage, ngoh hiang, century egg and one more thing which i'm not sure what it is but looks like otah but i taste more like a fishcake. The yserve chilli sauce instead of the sweet sauce but eating it with the sauce its a must. I pretty sure they make it a point to drip dry the excess oil first before s

Have tried their Ngoh Hiong Prawn Cracker at their Vivo City's stall. It was nice and fresh which i really liked.

My dad has choosen quite a variety ngoh hiang prawn crackers. There were century eggs, fishcakes, prawn crackers, ngoh hiangs, bean curds, you tiao and the 'red sausage' - dont know what is the actual name for it.

It was still piping hot when my dad bought it back. It was really nice as it was freshly fried and hot. It was crispy and yet not oily at all. I love all the ngoh hiang prawn crackers! Its yummy.
