Signature Dishes
By chance, I heard an audience recommended this KL hokkien mee from radio. So, I decided to try it out. It's KL style. Noodles is the thick type. It's fried with dark sauce, lards, prawns, squids & cabbage. All the ingredients are similar to the one I have at KL. however, the missing part is 'wok qi'. So I am a bit disappointed. Small size is $4, medium is $6. But I can't tell the difference. So, I suggest to order to 2 x small if it's shared by 2 persons. 'xing zhou beehon' is just normal, nothing special. Serving is small too. In order to have balance diet, we ordered also veggie, soup spinach. The soup is rich with garlic smell and topped up with fried 'ikan bilis'. It's nice!
