The carrot cake is too moist and so when you chew it, you don't get the nice texture. The texture is quite similar to the mashed potato and the carrot cake is all glue together. It is either the carrot cake is steam too long and not cool down yet before it is fried or the heat wasn't big enough to force the water out and in the process the texture is lost.The taste of the carrot cake is still alright just the texture of the carrot cake spoil it.

Today my dad and i decided to go to Bedok Reservoir for breakfast. We parked the car and go to Blk 630 to explore food. I saw a long quene at this stall, so i decided to give it a try for the only food that they sell is carrot cake. You can choose 2 method of cooking, black or white. I saw many people ordered white, so i bought white carrot cake. Taste great, with the smell of the wok freshly cooked of carrot cake.
