The hokkien mee is slightly different everywhere. For this version of hokkien mee, the noodles are slightly less thick and are also fervently cut into shorter strands for easier consumption. The thick sauce is primarily cooked with omelette, but I found that it is not sufficient & ended up a little dry. The prawns tasted like the frozen prawns from supermarkets and not exactly very fresh. But at least they deveined it, thumbs up for that!
Overall, the taste is average and value-for-money for a food court in Orchard.
