This stall usually has a long queue and their service attitude is not so good. The guy would say please only queue if you're willing to wait. Wait time: minimum 20 minutes to an hour when it gets crazy. The satays tasted normal to me so I don’t understand why the queue at times. Flavourful and normal like any other stall satays. Perhaps just slightly more flavourful than the other stalls of satay?I’m a ketupat and cucumber fan though! So I thought the ketupat and cucumber were great side dishes to accompany the flavourful satay. Chewing on the ketupat makes me full and the cucumber gives a good refreshing taste. continue reading

I am thinking of having satay as it has been awhile since I last have it. So come to this stall. Please take note there is a minimum order of 10 sticks of satay. Each sticks of pork satay or chicken satay costs $0.50. Each stick of mutton satay costs $0.60. As it is rare to find pork satay, I order 10 sticks of pork satay for takeaway. I also add a ketupat (a type of dumpling made from rice that has been wrapped in a woven palm leaf pouch which is then boiled) which costs $0.60. The satay has pieces of fats in between the meat which makes it quite tasty. The ketupat is average. The satay is not too spicy and is thick. continue reading
