早機到新加坡，辦好入境手續後的第一餐，就是到亞坤歎咖啡和咖咉多。根據地圖顯示，搭MRT到了牛車水區，好不容易才找到這間舖子。叫了一杯咖啡，一杯奶茶，咖咉多士，半熟雙蛋，咖咉西多士。咖啡是南洋的做法，用煉奶冲出，以個人口味來算是太甜了。冲茶的茶葉很清新及香，也沒有那麼甜，入口滑溜，個人評價比咖啡要高。這𥚃的流心蛋有特別的吃法，是加上少許胡椒粉和醬油，一下子吞下肚中，感覺到蛋很滑，做得很好。咖咉多士脆而不硬，配上咖咉醬的確滋味十足，怪不得大名響噹噹，歷久不衰了。咖咉西多士像是麵包外加雞蛋，略烘，吃時沾上咖咉醬。感覺麵包尚保持有點軟身，加上咖咉醬還算不錯，但要我揀的話我還是選上咖咉多士便是了。

This is our first time to go to Singapore. The tourist guide tells me that this is a well-known local cafe for it's kaya toast and coffee.We could hardly locate it.
