Yigloo used to be my second favourite after Yami Yogurt. When they first opened the branch at Vivocity, me and my friends were overwhelmed by the choices of  toppings (unlimited!) and there's always 3-4 flavours (of frozen yogurt) to choose from. Everytime when we were Vivo, we never failed to grab a cup of froyo there. Everytime when we were Vivo, we never failed to grab a cup of froyo there. What made the deal sweeter was they had the loyalty card were we get to enjoy a free cup after collecting 12 stamps (if I remember correctly, it used to be lesser number of stamps when they first started).
Things started to change after they had the second outlet at Plaza Sing. Instead of dispersing the froyo ourselves, they started the weighing system which made it more expensive and less affordable for the students. Even working adults like me got put off by the new pricing system and eventually stop patronizing them and went for better and/or value for money froyo else where.
Anyway I would say I enjoyed the old times when they first started. RIP Yigloo.

The gummies were softer than expected and the yogurt was nice. The raspberry tasted a little artificial, though. But the mango was nice and the mango could be tasted. This is my second time eating here. I quite like it, and the ambience is nice. It is a cozy little shop and it has a home-like feel. It makes it very nice.

Sad!! Got a plain vanilla with blueberries yoghurt with a little of fruit toppings. Staff was helpful but he says must tell he to stop then he will stop, because it is by grams, I believed reaction will be abit of lack, and normally hands will react slower den ears. The yoghurt is not nice at all, too sweet for the vanilla and too sour for the blueberries. And worse is the price comes to be 8++bucks. It is too expensive for such portion, I will not go again anymore

I had always patronized Yigloo because they were so generous with their toppings. Just buy yogurt and feel free to top it with as much as you can in one go. I went back there a couple of weeks ago and was surprised that they weigh your cup and charge you for their toppings. I didn’t really know about it so I stuffed my yogurt with the toppings. When I paid for it, that’s the only time I found out. Sigh. But anyway, at least the yogurt still had that tartness flavour and it tasted very well with

Yigloo! Absolutely love Yigloo’s yogurt cos they taste just like ice cream. The good thing is, they have really unique flavours! For example, white chocolate, macademia nuts are some really good flavours you should try it out. They also provide self service to the toppings, but the table gets abit messt and some toppings get mixed up due to customer’s carelessness. Could be quite unsightly.

There was also not quite enough space when there are alot of customers in the shop.

The great thing i liked abt this yoghurt shop is that there is free toppingsss, which ranges frm fruit pieces to chocolates!!! Plus, it's self-service, so naturally for 'kiasu' Singaporeans, we tend to try to stack as much toppings as we can on the yoghurt. Hehe!
Prices are also quite reasonable, even though toppings are free for us to choose.

Will pratonize agn, as the concept of getting ur toppings urself is just too great to resist since i can choose wat i want, & the amount i want.

This is my first time trying yigloo, and i love the free topping concept! It is just that, i think i am real bad at it and i always end up making a mess. The shop itself is very cute with all the small table and chairs that i thought would only fit primary school kids.

Yigloo pomegranate yogurt is really soothing to the throat. It doesn't make you thirsty. Neither too sweet nor too sour. A small cup cost $4.50 and it comes with free toppings! You can scoop whatever toppings you want as long as you can fit into your cup. Nice and worthy

I personally love frozen yoghurt. Yigloo is a new brand in the market but what makes it stand out is that you could mix unlimited flavors as well as free unlimited toppings into one cup! The toppings are self-help and free flow however there's a little sign mentioning "Sorry, no refill!" which means most people would naturally attempt to 'squeeze' as much toppings as possible. Despite the "free" rule, I'd try to limit myself next time an overload will end myself munching on toppings and not getting to enjoy the full-bodied taste of creamy and icy frozen yoghurt. There are 3 sizes namely S, M and L. I can't exactly remember how much I paid but I do remember having a mixture of natural and chocolate. The natural flavor retains the original yoghurt taste at best while the chocolate has a deep intense goodness of cocoa. All the flavored ones do taste close to ice-cream actually, yet 100% fat-free. The day I was there, they happened to have cheesecake, green tea, cookies n cream, pomegranate, chocolate and natural. The flavors do change frequently though.

The shop also has a 'double-decker bed' deco that contributes to the overall funky and cute setting. Friendly and cheerful staff also made Yigloo a pleasant experience.

Now, we all know that Yigloo have some fierce competitors, such as Yami Yogurt & Frolick. Although i have always been a loyal fan of Yami Yogurt, I decided to try out Yigloo as i was attracted to its cute little shop!

Unlike in other yogurt bars, here in Yigloo, the toppings are FREE!
We are given the choice of whatever and how much toppings we want (but only once)!

I piled on a bit of toppings here and there, things like strawberries, orange and sugary rainbow flakes. My friends crammed theirs full with toppings though, and we had such a blast!

They have 3 different cup sizes for their yogurt, namely, S,M,L, and had 6 whooping flavours to choose from!

I tried the original and cheese flavour. But personally i still liked the original flavour the best, for its rich milky flavour! (Similar to Yami Yogurt) My friend loved the cheese flavour so much though.

We spend about $3.50 for a medium cup and really enjoyed it. Next time you're at Vivocity, why not take a break from the usual Yami Yogurt and give Yigloo a go?

Yigloo’s another recent startup in the local froyo scene, occupying a little shop space at the basement of Vivocity, boasting cute decorations, an interior designed almost to look like someone’s little house and yet another froyo concept.

So Yigloo works like this : enter the shop, star at the scrolling LED lights for the available flavours, ask one of the staff to get you a sample if you wish, decide on the flavour/flavours of your choice, go to the cashier and ask a staff for your desired cup size (small, medium, large) and they will proceed to swirl the cup with the flavours of your choice. Prices are fixed according to cup size – not weight, not number of toppings. Once you have gotten your unadorned froyo and paid up, you then proceed on to their toppings bad to load your cup up with whatever toppings you wish, in whatever quantity you desire, all at no additional charge. Then grab some napkins and spoons, and start eating!

I was rather surprised at first since I assumed that the customers get to swirl their own froyo since the machines are displayed out in the open for easy access. However, I’ve learnt from previous experiences that the fun factor of doing your own swirling is but a small factor int he froyo experience. I actually enjoyed the froyo at Yigloo quite a bit! I chose a medium cup ($5.50), filled it up with original (my default), and topped it with some diced tangerines, blueberries and strawberries. The froyo itself – the make or break factor – was pretty decent, quite remenicent of Red Mango (my favourite) actually! Smooth, slightly creamy, not too sweet and very light – twas an enjoyable cup.

The way I see it, Yigloo has several things going for it – a wide range of flavour choices, a fixed price, a range of toppings for a one-time free-flow loading, and a cute environment. All that makes for a fun and stress-free experience (no worrying about how heavy the cup’s going to be and how expensive it’ll be!) with decent froyo too. The only down side would be that the shop feels very… open and exposed. Sitting there on a weekend afternoon with the heavy traffic moving by the open concept shop wasn’t exactly very relaxing or good for hanging around at. Nonetheless, I’ll be back for a cup to-go should I be around the area!
