Probably the most underrated hawker dish ever, but it was something warm soupy for me during lunch. Frozen food was all arranged nicely at tray layers, I just simply picked the ingredients I want. Price was varied, ranged between $0.50 and $1.00, minimum spending stated was $4.00.Light balanced meal which consisted of pork, fish, tofu and veggies, everything came together to build this comfort dish. The soup was clear yet intensely delicious, I request to separate entire into three bowl. Bouncy

Light balanced meal which consisted of pork, fish, tofu and veggies, everything came together to build this comfort dish. The soup was clear yet intensely delicious, I request to separate entire into three bowl. Bouncy noodle along with drizzle of minced pork, fried stuffs and fishball was in soup. I prefer dried version to avoid mushy texture even the veggies, the price for the whole was $5.50.

Brought several pieces of the yong tau foo from this stall for my lunch. This stall offers a wide variety of food to choose from. As for my case, I have chosen the nhor hiang, bittergourd, steamed beancurd, sliced vegetable and sliced carrot. As for the deep fried food such as the nhor hiang, the staff will make the effort to help you deep fried the food again so that it will retain its crispy texture of the food. The food they offer is quite fresh and price wise is also reasonable at $3.80 for 5 pieces with noodle.

I really like this stall's yong tau foo. the ingredients are pretty much similar to other yong tau foo stall but it somehow taste nicer here. this time i ordered just the yellow noodles with the dry yong tau foo. i love the sweet sauce, it is pretty thick but not too sweet. they deep fried most of my ingredients, i guess that makes it taste nicer. they gave me a bowl of soup. the soup is really good, nicer than most yong tau foo stall's soup.

I ordered the yong tau foo at yew tee square. As the weather ws really hot, I did not want to drink the hot sop so I ordered their dry version. The lady was really nice to scoop the soup separately into another small bowl for me. this stall will fry your fried food and boil the non fried food unlike other yong tau fu stalls where they just throw everything to boil. However because they take the effort to do this, the queue for their food is always really long. But I guess it is worth queuing.

This yong tau foo stall is simply popular. Be it lunch time or dinner time, there is always a queue. This time I went at 8 plus 9 and there is still a queue. The yong tau foo is really good. I ordered their dry version, what is important for dry yong tau foo is the sauce that goes with it. Their sweet sauce is really good, it is very thick and not too sweet. the sauce goes really well with the yong tau foo ingredients. No wonder the queue is so long.
