In Singapore, good food is defined by those stalls that have lines. Noted for its freshest and home made Dou Fu, Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu marked the longest queue among other People's Park complex Food Centre's hawkers. Even before the stall opens for business, you can already see a queue. It opens after 1pm and closes when they sells out what they have for the day. I dabao-ed home the yong tau foo and it still tasted good. Soup was flavourful. The ingredients cannot be chosen though. So if you do not like any of the ingredients, you'd have to make do with it. It is good but I don't think I will be willing to queue up 30 minutes for this.

Die hard fan of me, my favorite store at Chinatown!! A must-try Yong Tau Foo in Singapore...With no fancy signboard or delicious picture around but then the stall pack with queues especially during lunch times...Without Noodles, just simple portions, the broth is lightly sweet tasting & of cos the ingredient quite tasty, especially their beancurd base items are really tangy and tasty...

This stall has the craziest queue in this food centre. The queue started even before the stall is ready for business. I counted when i was there. There were more than 30 people in the queue. I waited for about 30 minutes to order. I ordered, told them my table number then wait for it to be served to my table. I did not get to select what i want or do not want to eat. I've always notice a queue at Yong Xiang Xin Tau Foo when i go to people's park complex food centre for lunch~ and it's never ending. Thus, i've decided to switch from the nearby also quite good Koo Kee Yong Tau Foo Mee to this!I didn't regret that i've made the change! A must-try Yong Tau Foo in Singapore. One of the best for which i have tasted so far. The queue is like never-ending. It is one of the hot favourite in that food centre. However, it only open after 1.30pm. Good food deserve the wait. This style of Yong Tau Foo do not allow you to choose what you want. It is pre-selected. All the ingredients are delicious and fresh.
