The FoodI ordered my favourite Kway Chap set served with big intestines, braised pork belly, braised egg and tau pok with a very pretty good decent dark sauce which is also used in their braised duck rice. The big intestines are soft, tender, chewy and simply taste awesome. Braised pork belly is tender and chewy absorbed with the soy sauce goodness and not so fatty. The Chilli also taste very nice and not so spicy. As for the Kway, is smooth and thin and easily glide down my throat without much chewing.
