Signature Dishes
As I walk along the corridoors of Hakerway coffeeshop, I was drawn to the delicious looking posters on the pillars done by Yummy Kitchen, displaying their signature dishes.Serving speed was rather fast and just in a blink of our eyes, the hot bowl of Fish meat bee hoon soup came into our direction from Yummy Kitchen. The soup was milky with thick fish slices, ginger slices, thick bee hoon and vegetables in it. Overall, the main course was aromatic and tasty especially when the broth was added with hints of chinese wine.Caught sight on one of the signature dishes on the pillars and 3 tasty chicken was served in an olden claypot with a slight crack at its side. The brownish yet sweet aroma from the chicken was accompanied with a handful of fried garlic. Each piece of chicken was dried looking but coated with a layer of the sweet sauce which make them tasted yummy.Considering the Zi Char, I will say their dishes are worth the try and service is fast. I will not mind going back for other dishes again.
