Taking my lunch somewhere near Chinatown area, I opted for something densely dish. Occupied small space, Yun Rong stall was neatly clean in appearance. Short queue laid in front of me, luckily the waiting time was not that lengthy. Menu was flexible, anything can be done or changed based on customers’ requirements. Decided my choice as Bak Chor Mee, it was an often hailed cuisine at general hawker stalls.Thick Meehoon was tossed and seasoned well with generous flavourful minced pork, delicious braised absolutely. Reached a desired texture whereby meehoon was springy, every single bite was luscious starchy. Taste of vinegar was light, nicely matched with noodles without overly simmered. Sauce given was not excessively sickening, the bland was just nice with decent portion. Complimentary soup of day was served along, nothing beat. Price was $3.00 only, it was affordable and valuable for me.
