As for the pork ribs, is simply delicious!  Barberqued till really well cooked and giving the pork rib that really juicy and tender texture.  The thick barberqued sauce used is very appetizing and blend in really well with the pork meat.   Yummy!

This is a continuation of my previous visit of the $88++ dinner when they had the 1-for-1 promotion, compared to Tao's now, the menu was more extensive and had more exquisite courses to choose from. You will be greeted by a gigantic horse at the entrance, and the place is really huge and quite grand. You'll also be able to have a view of clarke quay if you sit near the glass. Starters were not particularly memorable, and the lobster bisque was alright. For mains, the beef was quite well done, me

Service was excellent though, make sure you let them know if it's someone's birthday.

I visited Zero Zero some time back for their $88++ 6 course dinner. Ambience was perfect as the place was huge without many people (which explains why it is now Tao's zero zero and the menu is more affordable), and decor was also great. I love Tao's and have also tried Dozo which is under the same brand name, so I was happy to try Zero Zero when it first started. Next came the duck meat with apple slices in between (they seem to like pairing fruits with their food), which was surprisingly good. The escargots next were baked with cheese - common but hard to go wrong. Cream of mushroom soup average. I ordered duck confit for my main course - duck meat was tender, but skin wasn't that crispy and flavourful; saveur's is comparable or even better. Lastly I had the vanilla beans dessert, which was a good end to the meal.

My family celebrated my nephew full month celebration and went to this Zero Zero restaurant. Previously the name is called Tao Restaurant which is located inside Pomo at Selegie road.

The Food
This is a unique dining concept based on a blend of Japanese, Italian & French cuisines which is called fusion cuisine. I ordered the 6 course set menu as below:

Starter - Bacon & Mushroom Gratin
For starters, we had Bacon & Mushroom Gratin that came along with a basket of lightly toasted bread. As a cheese lover, anything with cheese is heaven to me! It goes perfectly well with the thick sticks of bread as much as I couldn't taste any mushrooms but only warm melted cheese and bacon. Feel free to get more servings for the bread.

Salads - Prawn roll with pork floss
I like the combination of mango sauce with pork floss and fresh small prawn bits. The combination is quite unique

Soup- Cream of Mushroom
The mushroom soup is so creamy & slurpppp with lots of fresh mushrooms bits inside !! The best mushroom soup i ever tasted

Main Entrees - BBQ pork ribs
When I looked at the menu and saw the word "tao's signature BBQ pork ribs", i decided to give it a try. Even though the portion looked small, i feel that the meat is so soft and tender as i use my knife to separate the meat from the ribs. BBQ flavour sauce also just nice when combined with the pork ribs.

Desserts- Creme Brule
I also like tis dessert as the egg yolks and cream are all very fresh and the sweetness is just nice.

Beverages - Iced Summer Peach Tea
The iced peach tea is very cooling and refreshing and I really love it so much!!! How I wished there will be free flow since the bottle is quite small

The Service
Service is great and excellent as the waitress will keep top up our iced water when she noticed the glass almost finished. When i asked for more bread, they smiled and take note our request promptly.

The Ambience
What I enjoyed most about is the ambience and decors. The moment when I walked in, i feel warm and cosy and I also like the earthy tones which made me feel very comfortable.

The Price
Even though the price is quite expensive at $25.80++ per person but is definitely worth it for the ambience, food and service.

Overall
I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try for all fusion lovers!!

Had their Desire's Of Tao set dinner with my colleagues here and was quite impressed by the spacious and quiet environment here. One thing i dislike here is that the food portion served here is really little which is unable to satisfy my tummy. The toasted bread here is not really that fragrant and the mushroom gratin is not really that tasty and does not blend in well with the toast bread.
