This was the dish I had been eating since young, fell in love with irresistible crisp which dipping in savoury bowl of curry. Paper thin layer with fluffy dough after pan-fried, it was yummy yet non-oily, at least less guilty when eating. Egg version was much more aromatic, luscious generous piece given. Fully appreciated the quality of Prata, it was freshly made at open-concept kitchen. Superlicious while pouring thickly flavoursome curry, mixture was a perfect match. Portion was rather sufficient, unstoppable munch towars the end. Price of Prata was justifiable, it was not cheap as any hawker.

I ordered their Fish Curry, written a chef-recommended there. At home, I unpacked and poured it into a big bowl. I was surprised that the portion was actually so generous. Aromatic scent was awesome, I ate it along with plain rice. Impressive for the cooking skill, it was nothing to much different with the real one. Of course I knew the fish slices were made by dried beancurd, but it was delicious in Vegan category. Not too expensive, the price was $4.50 for the curry and additional $0.50 for the rice.

I went to this Vegan Restaurant near Yishun, mainly because it was located near my friend house. It was famous in serving decent and healthy vegetarian food. The ladyboss was making effort to re-create the non animal dishes to be similar with the normal. I thought mostly Mock Vegetarian Goose will taste like rubber, but this one was pretty chewy and did not have any plastic texture. Spring Roll beside was crispy and crunchy, I ate along it with rice so as to the gravy. I enjoyed my order, it was

The service attitude here was awesome, they are all helpful and polite.

With food price ranging from $4 onwards for a one-person’s share hor fun, this is really affordable vegetarian food. The prata is thick yet crispy with thick curry gravy. The hor fun comes with wok-hei and my favourite is the fried mian xian. The hokkien mee is also good especially when you eat it with its accompanying sambal chilli.Definitely coming back again, but I will wait for a table at the air-conditioned section the next time.
