When I placed an order for Salmon Sashimi at Sushi Tei, I always request for the Harasu or the Salmon Belly because of the oilier texture.The ten pieces of uniformly cut Salmon Belly as always very fresh and yummy. The superbly fresh Salmon Sashimi (S$16++) comes in thick, generous slices with an amazingly silky smooth texture that melts in my mouth. I was disappointed with this dish because the soft shell crab was not crispy.
