One of my favourite hawker food is Bak Chor Mee! As I can't take chilli, I opted for the the non-spicy one & they substituted it with ketchup sauce. The bowl of Bak Chor Mee consist of meatballs, minced meat, liver, pork slices and braised mushrooms. I love the combination of sweet vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce! By the way, this food stall is conveniently located opposite Bugis Junction and they open 24 hours each day! Now you know where to head for midnight bak chor mee cravings!
