One of my favourite hawker food is Bak Chor Mee! As I can't take chilli, I opted for the the non-spicy one & they substituted it with ketchup sauce. The bowl of Bak Chor Mee consist of meatballs, minced meat, liver, pork slices and braised mushrooms. I love the combination of sweet vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce!
