The 9 layers nonya kueh is a good reminiscent of my childhood snack and I had it for my breakfast. Nowadays, it seems so hard to find the original 9 layers Nonya kueh which has a striking red layer at the top. While, I still looking around for the "original", this shall be the alternative.
