One of the slightly higher end steak houses in Singapore, Lawry's steaks are delicious and you get to choose from a variety of cuts depending on how large your appetite is. Warning: Their medium-rare doneness can be rarer than usual so you might wish to up it to medium if you don't like your steak too red. Order a steak or indeed, any of the mains and it comes with their famous spinning bowl Caesar salad and Yorkshire pudding. The salad is nice and their method of preparation gives the dish a nice theatrical touch, however, it would be better if more cherry tomatoes could be give. Only a mere 2 halves of a cherry tomato (i.e. 1) is allocated to each plate unless you ask for more. This I find a tad measly. The Yorkshire pudding is fluffy and soaks up the steak and mash potato gravies well.
