It is said that Poulét is very popular and the food there taste soooo good. Since there is an outlet opened at Jurong Point, my friends and I decided to have a try.the restaurant is located at #B1-57/58/59 in Jurong Point, and you can choose to eat inside the restaurant or open area. Although we ordered the same one, but it is served different: someone's chicken were quite big and some were a bit small. That should because of the chicken's size and also the cutting. Beyond that, the chicken is SOOOOOOO GOOD! The sauce is so creamy and cheesy and the meat is very tender and aromatic. I could even feel the meat melt in my mouth And if you go Poulét, it is really one thing you have to try and it is worth.
The Baby Lamb Shank looks pretty good, the meat is also tender and you won't feel the mutton dodur. But only can say it is so so, not that good.
We all ordered one escargot-de-bourgogne to share. It is "Half dozen Burgundy Snails served with Tomato Fondue and Almond Garlic Butter" and the taste is like sea snail with strong garlic flavour. I don't think it is that good but if you never try a snail before, you can hae a try on this one.All in all, this place is recommended and please enjoy your roast chicken there!
