The outlet at anchorpoint is a little small but always with very pleasant staff who understand that we are all pretty rushed during the lunch hour. The salmon mentaiko pasta is the one I would recommended to anyone looking for a pasta choice as the creamy tomato base is just divine. The salmon is always cooked perfectly and such a beautiful sight when the dish is set in front of me.I am not a crazy egg fan, so I could never get why a sunny side up is served with this dish.
But if you are looking for a pasta that wouldn't disappoint, this would be it!
