this was delightfully sinful. a black sweet soysauce stir fried plate of flat rice noodles and a smattering of lard within. The noodles were given that umami breath of the wok. Fried with barely cooked beansprouts, i loved the fishcake, eggs and of course, bloody cockles that came in my $3 plate of friend kway teow.

best dinner choice after a crazy day out in bedok reservoir and no, i didn't miss the bcm at all.
