I walked over from Laselle to Peace Center (Dhoby Ghaut area) through a shortcut and chanced upon this Rochor Original Beancurd shop. This is the Rochor standard beancurd ($1.20)! It is the rare better quality old-school beancurd which I will eat now. It managed to uphold its name with its smooth consistent beancurd taste and not overly sweet sugar syrup. This is the Rochor standard beancurd ($1.20)! It is the rare better quality old-school beancurd which I will eat now. It managed to uphold its name with its smooth consistent beancurd taste and not overly sweet sugar syrup. While it is already the better old-school beancurd, I still enjoy the contemporary sort of beancurd more.
The whole seating area is very limited. We were lucky to get seats almost immediately when we reached, but probably others are not as lucky, need to wait for quite some time before there is a space.
