This Air-flown sirloin steak was remarkably tasty when matched with the black pepper sauce that it comes with. It was also served with fresh salad in a dressing (couldn't tell what dressing it was, but it was good!) and Aglio Olio spaghetti. The only disappointing part of the dish was that the spaghetti was served cold, and they charged 20c for the ice water. In fact, I was expecting the ice water to be FOC (Free-of-Charge). I decided to give medium rare a shot - slightly too red for my liking -
I decided to give medium rare a shot - slightly too red for my liking - and it tasted really fresh! I love how they have an all-day set meal: a main dish with a soup and a drink within $20 for mine.
It was dinner-time, so it was kind of packed and stuffy after the crowd starting to come in. After all, PS' outlet is pretty small.
