The char siu is not as tender as what I had from other ramen places but still passable. I particularly love the noodles here as it is quite springy in texture and not soggy. The sides are quite alright. I love the tofu more than the chicken as the chicken wasn't warm when it was served to us and it has too much batter and very little chicken flesh.
