I am glad I got it, because the taste is really similar to the one that I had in hong kong. The "pie/biscuit" is very crispy and flaky and it is sweet as well from the light sugar coating at the top and a little salty for the rest of the layers of the pie. I would think it is best enjoyed on the same day to retain its crispiness. I would definitely buy it again!
