Crystal jade has never failed me...tried the branch at Vivocity and realised they had an awesome view. It faces Sentosa and as I was there on a Friday night, we got to enjoy the fireworks by Universal Studio at 9pm sharp. Extra perk for us! My friends and I ordered salted egg yolk with prawns, claypot egg plant with vegetables, sweet and sour chicken as well as roasted meat platter (char siew, chicken and roast duck). All were satisfying, except the portion for the meat platter was quite little for the 4 of us. Overall, I have never once not enjoyed my meals with Crystal Jade.
