Since I love mushrooms and I love miso, the combination must be awesome, right? Hmmm...when I tried it, well let's just say it wasn't what I was expecting. The mouth feel of the soup was a little slimy, which is due to the type of mushrooms used. I suppose it's probably because as Singaporeans. We're not used to such a texture. However, I'll give it a miss the next time I go back. The japanese curry rice or udon is a must as it's tasty and chockful of chicken, carrots, potatoes and onions. Very yummy.
