 Matcha Shiberty Toast ($16) – You’ll find some similarity in the plating style of Shiberty Toast and their Gourmet Waffle. Both with berries and cookies bites. Cube of toast made up of a crispy shell and a soft and light interior filled with lingering sweet honey butter. Accompanied by 2 scoops of ice cream, vanilla and matcha. Be surprise to find some cookie crumbs mixed into these ice cream for an extra crunch. 3 flavors to choose from too – Classic, Rocher and Matcha.

 Macaroons ($2 per piece) – Attracted into trying the bright yellow Salted Egg and brown with golden flakes Ferrero Rocher macaroons. Melty with the right texture. A little crisp airy shell with chewy fillings in between that are not too sweet.
