Everything is self service in D&D so don't expect people to serve you. I was quite blur what to do when I was there 'cos there wasn't signs to instruct us, nor is there any staff telling us what to do. So if you are planning to head there, please note that you have to 1) get a seat first 2) go to the counter and order your food with your table number 3) pick up beverages yourself at the counter 4) take cutleries and water and condiments yourself. Basically, only food that requires preparation will be served to you. My Brioche French Toast with caramelized bananas and berries! It's served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream too. I love this a lot! The brioche was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The sauce was yummylicious too! But it gets really sick after awhile. I had this alone and only managed to finish half of it, definitely meant for sharing!
I didn't know I had to pick up my own beverage and I only did that after I was done with my meal after being told my the staff there. I think they made a new one for me, which was nice of them.
Overall, I would say D&D is just like a high class food court. Chope your seats and get your food yourself. But the standard of the food was pretty good, so I guess it warrants a second visit. I wanna try their belgium stack next! ;)
