Was going to watch Phantom Of The Opera that night and just nice there was enough time to have dinner with my friend, we decided on Au Chocolat as i got cravings for egg benedict. I know what i want and went straight for the signature Au Chocolat Benedict. I love my poached eggs and imagine it being drizzled with Au Chocolat very own hollandaise sauce infused with red wine & dark chocolate!Appearance wise, it looks good when it arrived. Appearance wise, it looks good when it arrived. Then i tried doing the classic action to a egg benedict! Cut it open and watch the runny yolk oozing out. Turns out to be kind of watery! Haha.
Otherwise the overall taste is good when you enjoy the poached eggs together with bacon,
spinach and tomatoes on the muffin. Not too bad for $18 =)
