Venue: Had window seating so could people watch.Service: Slow. No one comes to refill water. Staff standing around, not really doing much. Have to try really hard to get their attention. They pretend they can't see you unless you yell.Value: Food's not great. Very average.Food: Chips were bad! Soggy, limp, skinny chips are gross! Had burgers, which were just bordering average, being closer to BELOW average. Fills you up because of the big burger buns, but otherwise, food's pretty gross for a sit
